At just 25 years old, he is leading the charge in building Saudi Arabia’s house music scene from the ground up. In a country where the genre is still relatively new and met with skepticism, N.A.H’s journey is nothing short of groundbreaking.
Sitting in his home in Riyadh, he reflects on how unimaginable it was to perform live just a few years ago.
N.A.H’s talent
lies in his ability to weave together electro house, bass house, and progressive house into captivating soundscapes. His achievements include winning the Freaks of Nature E5: Querencia DJ Competition, performing at MDLBEAST Soundstorm, signing with Black Sound, and establishing his own brand and events platform, Jockey Combat. This impressive list of accomplishments is even more striking considering he only started learning to DJ in 2021. “Before the rise of concerts and festivals, the chances to perform were non-existent,” he explains, referencing the significant shift in Saudi Arabia’s music scene following the General Entertainment Authority’s easing of restrictions in 2016.
